These guys are great! They installed our geothermal system and were cheaper than the competitors and were way more knowledgable. I felt confident (knowing very little about geo other than what I researched) that they were installing the right components to fit our current and future needs, which was certainly not the case for the 2 or 3 other guys I met with that specialize in geothermal.

Finally, a company who knows what they’re doing and charges a very fair rate. Fixed a problem with my hvac system and they worked their magic and fixed it. No bandaids… its fixed and I’m super happy.

This was my first time using N.S. Johnson. I reached them on a Sunday and they were able to help me next day. Mike was the technician who came to my house to diagnose my AC not working. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My condenser had multiple issues which caused my AC not to work and Mike had it all fixed up within 90 mins restoring the much needed AC on these hot summer days! I look forward to using N.S. Johnson on all my future HVAC needs.

Best repair service we ever received. Had a problem with our hot water heater, called N.S. Johnson, Inc and within an hour they were at our house. Found the problem, ordered the part and was fixed the very next day. Highly recommend!

They answered the phone right away told me they would call me with a time when they would come never called they called Monday and came right away.
